These are best served as a mini appetizer Pinwheel sandwich recipe: Ingredients: -250gms boneless shredded chicken -1 tbsp of chopped parsley -1 tbsp mayonnaise -1 tbsp cream cheese -1 tbsp hot sauce -1 tbsp ketchup -Bread Method: In a bowl add shredded chicken then add all the ingredients mentioned above. Mix it well and set aside Now take three bread slices, cut their corners, flatten them with a rolling pin and lay them out. Connect these three bread slices by their edges using water. Spread the chicken mixture on all the three slices. Make sure not to put alot otherwise it will come off while cutting. Now roll them up, cover with plastic foil & refrigerate for 15-20 mins then cut them up!
